Product images and videos demonstrate the general effect and do not guarantee an identical color response under every condition.

After the 24-hour period, an order may begin processing automatically and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

We may cancel or limit an order due to product unavailability, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, incomplete customer information, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, altered-size, or specially configured products may require additional production time.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate specifications, including measurements, colors, materials, quantities, and design requirements.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives defective or materially different from the confirmed specifications.
